Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of recent hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades
- Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded pliers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)
- You live within 10 miles of DELO Apartments. The nearest major cross streets are Courtesy Road and S. Boulder Rd.
- A team-player mindset and a desire to grow your skills and career
- Pre-employment drug screening may be required.
- Fluency in English required

- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency, care, and a resident-first attitude
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including general repairs, cleaning, and painting
- Participate in the snow removal rotation and emergency on-call schedule
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems
- Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns
