We strongly believe that people come first in our industry and within our company. As part of our continued growith, we are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team in Eagle Lake! This Full-Time, hands on position will have you responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties. Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management preferred
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be able to handle confidential information
Available for after hour emergencies as needed

Building systems maintenance
Unit repairs and reconditioning
Drywall repairs
Painting
Minor plumbing work
Minor electrical work
Grounds care and snow removal
