Maintenance Technician - Detroit & Surrounding Areas
About The Position
Hokanson Companies, Inc. seeks full-time Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial properties and should be within the Detroit, Michigan area or surrounding areas. The candidate will have experience in all aspects of general building maintenance, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and grounds. Responsible for completing building-generated work orders. Position requires quick response to all types of requests, trouble shooting and interaction with team members and tenants in a professional manner. Qualified candidate must be capable of spotting deficiencies and should be proactive in keeping the building and grounds in the best condition. Must be able to effectively utilize a smart phone, Microsoft Outlook and other basic computer programs.
