About The Position

We are looking for skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our day shift team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience maintaining plant equipment and production machinery
  • Knowledge of vacuum furnace operation and repair preferred
  • Background in hydraulics, plumbing, pipe fitting, welding, and soldering
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Proven reliability and strong attendance history
  • A team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills
  • Motivation, accountability, and attention to quality and productivity

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical degree or certification preferred
  • Experience with robotic maintenance and/or programming is a plus
  • Previous training experience and post-cast manufacturing processing experience are beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment including vacuum furnaces, boilerclaves, conveyors, wax presses, and robotic cells.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on process equipment throughout the facility.
  • Support robot operation and scheduled maintenance; robotic programming experience is a plus.
  • Assist with plant maintenance projects, equipment installations, and limited construction tasks.
  • Troubleshoot PLC systems and perform light programming when needed.
  • Work across multiple technical areas including electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pipe fitting, welding, and soldering.
  • Operate maintenance equipment such as fork trucks, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all safety protocols.
  • Handle hazardous waste in accordance with MSDS guidelines and company policy.
  • Support equipment service or repair at vendors, suppliers, customer sites, or other company locations when required.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient plant operations.
