Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience maintaining plant equipment and production machinery
Knowledge of vacuum furnace operation and repair preferred
Background in hydraulics, plumbing, pipe fitting, welding, and soldering
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
Proven reliability and strong attendance history
A team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills
Motivation, accountability, and attention to quality and productivity

Nice To Haves

Electrical degree or certification preferred
Experience with robotic maintenance and/or programming is a plus
Previous training experience and post-cast manufacturing processing experience are beneficial

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment including vacuum furnaces, boilerclaves, conveyors, wax presses, and robotic cells.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventative maintenance on process equipment throughout the facility.
Support robot operation and scheduled maintenance; robotic programming experience is a plus.
Assist with plant maintenance projects, equipment installations, and limited construction tasks.
Troubleshoot PLC systems and perform light programming when needed.
Work across multiple technical areas including electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pipe fitting, welding, and soldering.
Operate maintenance equipment such as fork trucks, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all safety protocols.
Handle hazardous waste in accordance with MSDS guidelines and company policy.
Support equipment service or repair at vendors, suppliers, customer sites, or other company locations when required.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient plant operations.
