Requirements

High School Diploma or GED requires
4 years of previous maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving system components, including:
Working knowledge of complex electrical controls and circuit analysis. Able to use multi-meter to troubleshoot.
Understanding of safety controls including light curtains and safety scanners. Able to connect and troubleshoot PLC/devices and repair/replace as needed
Working knowledge of complex industrial automation systems and equipment, including CNC Machining Center (Mazak and Okuma controls preferred)
Operate manual equipment for repair (Lathe, Mill, vertical and horizontal saw)
Advanced PLC logic understanding (XFER, MOVE and arithmetic data)
Advanced mechanical skills to repair equipment
Working knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic controls (understands schematic and symbols)
Working knowledge of robotic applications with PLC integration (Motoman robotics experience preferred)
Repairing and maintaining MIG welding equipment
Use of knowledge and understanding of basic welding fundamentals, including:
Shielding gas types and ratios
Circuit continuity confirmation
Calibration of voltage, wire feed rate, and gas flow
Understanding of weld fume health impact
Work unscheduled overtime to complete assigned jobs to ensure meeting of production goals
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Additional duties as assigned
