Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and plant systems such as molding machines, auxiliary equipment, etc. Troubleshoots electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems. Makes repairs and tests equipment for operation. Orders parts/equipment for projects. Operates cutting torch, or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. Installs programs or repairs electrical apparatus and installs new or repaired parts. Performs preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment. Repairs and maintains the physical structure of the establishment. Enters and follows up on work orders PEM system Responsible for the safety of yourself, your co-workers, and the environment. Identify and report safety concerns through near misses and observations. Always strive for zero waste, zero litter, and involvement in the recycling program. Be actively engaged in safety and quality programs. Staff are informed and held accountable for their food safety and regulatory responsibilities; Staff are positively encouraged and required to notify management of actual or potential food safety issues; and Staff are empowered to act to resolve food safety issues within their scope of work.
