About The Position
St. Joseph Villa Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner. Delmar Gardens is a family-owned, St. Louis-based company that has been serving the community for 60 years. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prefer a year of experience.
- Must be knowledgeable of various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
