About The Position

Work for a global leader in packaging manufacturing. This is a large facility, a fast-paced, growing operation with strong investment in their maintenance team and equipment. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime, responding to equipment breakdowns, conducting scheduled inspections, collaborating with production supervisors, maintaining parts inventory, and following all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and/or PLC troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
  • Must be comfortable working day or night shifts as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems a plus
  • Forklift certification and welding experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and execute timely repairs to keep production running
  • Conduct scheduled inspections and complete maintenance work orders accurately
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to plan and coordinate maintenance activities
  • Maintain parts inventory and ensure proper documentation of all maintenance work
  • Follow all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
