About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining our facility and equipment, ensuring everything operates safely and efficiently. Your work will be essential to sustaining a successful maintenance program and supporting our overall operations. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing high-pressure refrigeration units.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics related to plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Flexible team player capable of supporting other team tasks (e.g., drywall repair, cabinet installation, appliance servicing).

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules and supervisor instructions according to company policies.
• Perform routine repairs and general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and plastering.
• Replace lighting and perform maintenance in high areas safely.
• Respond to unscheduled maintenance needs and emergencies.
• Replenish maintenance supplies and follow preventive maintenance routines.
• Identify and report malfunctions, hazards, and defective equipment promptly.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols during all tasks.
• Participate in ongoing training and educational sessions.
