About The Position

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation. Assist senior maintenance technicians with repairs, troubleshooting, and installation of machinery. Follow safety protocols and maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and maintain a safe work environment. Report and document any issues or malfunctions found during inspections or maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure tools and equipment are properly organized and maintained Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures. Monitor and maintain supplies and spare parts inventory to ensure availability for repair tasks. Assist with facility maintenance, including basic repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of the building. Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance processes. Collaborate with the production team to minimize disruption during maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field. Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery. Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for minor mechanical or electrical issues. Requirements
