About The Position

The Role: You will join the team of a 168-unit apartment community in Eden Prairie, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. Your day-to-day will involve: Turnovers & Repairs: Prepping units for new residents and handling daily work orders. Systems Maintenance: Managing boilers, furnaces, and plumbing (we will train you for your boiler license!). Preventative Care: Conducting quality checks to catch issues before they happen. Grounds Upkeep: General maintenance and essential snow removal to keep the community accessible.
Requirements
- 1+ year of mechanical or basic maintenance experience (Plumbing, Appliances, Electrical, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of general repair techniques
- Valid Driver's License, insurance and a reliable vehicle are a must
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Comfortable bending, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Boiler license is a huge plus, but we will pay for your training to get one if you don't have it
