About The Position
Maintenance Technician Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, AC-certified Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 130-unit, 4-story luxury apartment community. This is a full time, immediate opening for an experienced multifamily professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate has extensive technical knowledge in HVAC systems including full system replacement, along with strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general apartment maintenance. This role requires reliability, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional residential service.
Requirements
- EPA Certification (Required)
- HVAC Certification (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 4 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
- Complete assigned work orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including participation in an on-call rotatio
- Turn vacant units to company standards
- Assist with upkeep of community grounds and common areas
- Address resident maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner
