AMLI Residential is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our amazing team at AMLI Redmond Way , a brand-new, luxury apartment community in the heart of downtown Redmond. As a part of our dedicated maintenance crew, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our upscale, 630-unit community runs smoothly and remains in pristine condition. Requirements

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs
• HVAC Certification
• Availability for rotating on-call shifts (including evenings and weekends)
• Valid Driver’s License
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs with ease

Responsibilities

• Handle everything from HVAC and plumbing to electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Respond to service requests quickly and professionally
• Take rotating on-call shifts (including weekends and nights)
• Keep our amenities—pools, fountains, and shared spaces—looking their best and working flawlessly
• Conduct inspections and staying proactive in maintenance
• Help keep the community’s exterior and common areas looking picture-perfect
