Requirements

  • HS Diploma required
  • Industrial Maintenance experience is required
  • Experience with electrical, mechanical, preventative and demand maintenance.
  • Pumps - maintenance/repair/rebuild - centrifugal/screw/diaphragm.
  • Valves - repair/rebuild/replacement - quarter turn, control, air-actuated
  • Calibrations - oxygen sensors, flow transmitters, temperature indicators
  • Troubleshooting experience using various digital control systems
  • Understanding of piping, boilers, nitrogen generation, chillers, cooling towers, electrical power systems.

Responsibilities

  • Safely perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment to include pumps, valves, compressors, motors, fans, gearboxes, reactors, agitators, etc. according to OEM and Henkel documentation
  • Safely maintain electrical equipment to include basic troubleshooting of drives, replacement of fuses, and resetting overloads.
  • Execute precision maintenance via the CMMS covering processes, facilities, production, support equipment, and tooling.
  • Reference manuals, schematics, and work instruction to prevent rework: and record time, comments, and updates in the CMMS.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot E.g. hook up a multimeter to determine whether a control valve is operational.
  • Demonstrate expertise with machine guarding and safety interlocks.
