Requirements

A solid work ethic. Show up, own your day, finish what you start.
General maintenance or mechanical experience (or the drive to learn fast).
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
The ability to lift, move, climb, and get into tight spaces when needed.
Pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and solving real problems — leaks, locks, lights, heat, the classics.
Keeping buildings sharp, safe, and running right.
Working directly with residents — being the one who gets it done .
Partnering with teammates and trusted vendors.
Rotating on-call to respond fast — and earning extra when you do.
