About The Position
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of our production equipment. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical or electrical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and learning new systems. You will work alongside experienced team members and receive training to grow your skills over time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical, electrical, or industrial aptitude
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
- Willingness to learn and follow safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Maintenance or hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or similar environments
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Support equipment startups and production operations
- Help maintain spare parts and maintenance tools
- Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve issues
- Learn and follow safety procedures and best practices
- Assist with equipment tear-downs and reassembly as needed (Training provided for systems and equipment specific to our facility.)
