About The Position

The Maintenance Technician will perform assigned maintenance functions and duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability. This position will serve multiple properties within our Pointe West market.

• Demolition and remodeling
• Masonry (block, brick, concrete, etc.)
• Dependable and trustworthy

• Teachable with a desire to improve skills and knowledge base
• Proficient in craft

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective Granite management for follow-up and corrective action.
• Report to and consult closely with Maintenance Manager
• Maintain assigned company-owned vehicle in a safe and clean working order
• Capacity to work overtime during periods of high-volume activity
• All other duties, as assigned
