About The Position

FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN The Maintenance Technician is responsible for being a great team member of this high energy community with 270 apartment homes in Naples, FL. You will assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community by always providing a quality living environment for our residents. As a Maintenance Technician (MT), your primary responsibilities include: Showing care and concern for our residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements Preserving the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and ground maintenance Providing residents with outstanding customer service Working weekends or evenings and being on call for after-hour emergencies Operates with OSHA standards and company safety policies What You Bring to Us: Experience in maintenance preferred and/or 1-2 years of experience preferred Beginner to intermediate proficiency preferred but not required in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies Good communication skills both written and verbal Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs What We Bring You: The Dolben Company is a dynamic real estate company with a family inspired culture developing and managing best in class communities throughout NE, Mid-Atlantic and Southwest FL. Requirements

  • Experience in maintenance preferred and/or 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency preferred but not required in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair
  • Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation
  • Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
