About The Position

In this role, you will be a key member of the Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing maintenance of the facility and production equipment to ensure plants can add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will be responsible for the installation, ongoing maintenance, and necessary repairs for the facility and the production equipment, working with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls. Land O'Lakes is a member-owned co-op, and this role is part of their Dairy Food business, which focuses on creating dairy products. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3+ years’ experience working with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps
• LOTO experience
• Forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Monitors performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance; performs regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment; documents work accordingly
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Able to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment
