We strongly believe that people come first in our industry and within our company. As part of our continued growith, we are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team in St. Louis Park! This Full-Time, hands on position will have you responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties. The candidate selected will be offered a wage applicable to their background and skill set as aligned to our business.

Requirements

  • Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to handle confidential information
  • Available for after hour emergencies as needed
