The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail, capable of conducting a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks efficiently and effectively. Effectively handles maintenance service requests to the highest level of quality standards Prepare apartment units for occupancy performing basic drywall, painting and rough carpentry Ensure the physical integrity and curb appeal of the communities we serve; reporting any potential liabilities or proposed property improvements Evaluate, troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical systems, all major appliances, pool/spa equipment and HVAC equipment

Requirements

  • 1+ years of technical, vocational or on the job maintenance experience
  • Exemplary customer service ethic
  • Emergency maintenance on call; after-hours weekends and holidays
  • HVAC certified strongly preferred (Type II or Universal); Heating and cooling repairs/replacements
  • Knowledge of proper safety procedures
  • Must be able to work outdoors for periods of time in all seasons
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent, (required) college-level/trade school (strongly preferred)
  • Pre-employment background check, drug screening and physicals are required before employment begins.
