About The Position

We’re seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across our facilities. In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment by performing light mechanical repairs, general upkeep, and routine maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in keeping facilities running smoothly. Pay: $28.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Requirements

• Experience in a facilities or office maintenance environment preferred
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed

Nice To Haves

• Previous custodial experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing and HVAC repairs and clear drains
• Replace ceiling tiles, lamps, air filters, light painting fixex, and fire extinguishers
• Conduct touch-up painting in common areas and mechanical rooms
• Assist with snow and ice removal
• Maintain and repair door hardware, blinds, and furniture
• Assist with general labor tasks such as organizing materials and cleaning equipment
• Report safety hazards and larger maintenance issues to the appropriate team
• Follow ABM and client safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Support seasonal and event-related maintenance needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
