About The Position
Maintenance Technician Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our French Farms and Peyton Ridge apartment community located in Athens, AL. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Requirements
- Candidates must have two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- In addition, the ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
