Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment

- Ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
- Support facility improvements and upgrades as needed
- Comply with safety regulations and company standards
