Industrial Maintenance Technician Summary: Gregory Tube , located in Athens, AL, is seeking highly qualified candidates for Maintenance Technicians on, afternoon shift. This is a salaried non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime. The schedule is Monday through Friday with hours to be determined.

Requirements

Experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics is preferred.
The ability to troubleshoot and repair 480 volts.
3 phase and control circuits.
DC crane control knowledge.
Read electrical schematics as well as light welding and burning experience is a plus.
Knowledge of strut mill processes is an asset
Minimum 3 years.
Ability to locate an electrical issue, trouble shoot, diagnose, and repair any variety of electrical equipment or systems.
Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to diagnose equipment issues.
Ability to understand and interpret electrical drawings and wiring.
Must have thorough working knowledge of the current version of the electrical code.
Demonstrated experience using mathematics and standard electrical formulas.
The ability to work well independently with a focus on getting things done right.
Ability to multitask while staying organized.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
