Requirements

  • PLC certification required
  • 1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
  • Familiar with maintenance work order systems and technical drawings
  • Proficient with hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Nice To Haves

  • Welding and machining experience a plus
  • Associate’s or Technical School Degree in Mechanics, Electrical, Computer Science preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on production and utility equipment.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs and AC/DC drive systems.
  • Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents.
  • Complete preventive maintenance checks and document work in CMMS.
  • Support line systems (lubrication, resin delivery, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate equipment issues to maintenance and production teams.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow sanitation protocols.
  • Track and report parts usage and inventory levels.
  • Follow all safety and compliance standards (OSHA, MSS, SOPs).
  • Perform other duties as needed.
