Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use measuring instruments
• Proficiency with computer systems including Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role

Nice To Haves

• SAP (preferred)
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical/electronic systems and components
• Programming PLCs and installing new machinery
• Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Managing parts inventory and sourcing materials
• Supporting special projects and ensuring timely completion
• Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to root cause analysis
• Promoting safety and reporting any unsafe conditions
• Assisting other departments and cross-training team members
