Someone who shows up ready to solve problems, support residents, and be the steady, dependable force that keeps the community running smoothly.
Requirements
- A valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Three years of apartment maintenance experience (minimum)
- Strong communication skills and professionalism—yes, even when things get hectic
Nice To Haves
- HVAC and CPO certifications are great bonuses, but not deal‑breakers
Responsibilities
- Service requests with confidence and timeliness
- Make‑readies and apartment turns that look so good people will wonder if you have a magic wand
- Drywall repair, painting, and general interior touch‑ups
- Basic electrical and plumbing fixes that keep things humming
- Grounds and exterior upkeep that residents appreciate more than they say
- Be part of a shared on‑call rotation
