Maintenance Technician - Newport Landing Apartments
About The Position
As our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations. Responsibilities include: Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs Responds to work orders Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep Appliance installation & repair Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures Basic HVAC maintenance Knowledgeable with hand & power tools Maintains safe and clean working environment All other duties as assigned What we offer Celebrating over 100 years in business, we offer a pleasant, team-oriented professional environment, competitive salary, advancement opportunities , health, dental, and vision benefits, generous paid time off, 401k with company match and much more!
