Opportunity Foundation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our facilities, grounds, and vehicle fleet. This role is essential to ensuring safe, functional, and reliable environments for the individuals we serve and the staff who support them. Under the direction of the Facilities Director, the Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for buildings and vehicles, with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency. The technician must be able to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and respond calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills. All required training is provided and paid. Compensation and Benefits include: $2,000 new hire bonus, $500 monthly childcare program incentive, 3 percent company-paid 401(k) match, generous paid time off, $2,000 tuition reimbursement, shift differentials, mileage subsidy, employee assistance program, and some meals provided.
