About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll lead troubleshooting and repairs as well as supporting property managers. You’ll work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems, helping keep our communities running smoothly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• HVAC/EPA certification, CPO, and Boiler License strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with tools, meters, gauges, and work order systems (e.g., Yardi).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building control systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, irrigation, and security access systems while overseeing vendor performance.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs, support long-term planning, and maintain organized inventory.
