About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance/ Manufacturing Technician to work in the Fab Repair Shop. This person should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating electronic components, RF matching networks, and RF generators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and RF systems, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Education: Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in electronics repair and RF systems.
• Hands-on experience with RF matching networks and RF generators.
• Hands-on experience with all aspects of electronic circuits and components repair
• Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and soldering skills
• Familiarity with RF principles, impedance matching, and power delivery systems.
• Tools Knowledge: Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and other RF diagnostic equipment.
• Other: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Semiconductor or plasma equipment experience.
• Knowledge of vacuum systems and high-voltage electronics

Responsibilities

• Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies, RF matching networks, and RF generators to component level.
• Testing and Calibration: Perform functional testing and calibration of RF equipment using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, test results, and calibration data in compliance with company standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all repaired units meet performance specifications and safety standards.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to production teams and collaborate with engineering on design improvements.
• Inventory Management: Track and manage spare parts and tools required for bench repairs
