Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner. This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations. High School Diploma or GED and a year of experience preferred. Delmar Gardens is a family-owned, St. Louis-based company that has been serving the community for 60 years. Requirements
