About The Position

Full time Maintenance Technician role in Bethany Beach.
Work schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently andthat the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.
Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs toensure that the building is properly maintained.
Clean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors,gutters and drains.
Operate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment as needed.
Maintain company issued vehicle (routine PM’s, oil changes etc.).
Other duties as assigned.
$18 an hour.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Active driver's license is required.
• 2+ years of experience in light plumbing, light electrical, and light carpentry work is required.
• Ability to workSunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8 hours per day - 7:30am - 4pm is required.
