Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across 7 states, offering highly individualized treatment across every level of care, including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. They are currently hiring a maintenance technician for their facility in Aurora, CO, and invite individuals passionate about recovery to join their growing family.
Requirements
- If in recovery, a minim one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
- Innovative, strong worker with ability to problem solve and multitask
- General knowledge of carpentry and repair
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Regularly inspect facility, equipment and property for defects
- Assist with any building renovations/ repairs, both interior and exterior
- Assist with any technical difficulties (video calls, internet service, equipment maintenance etc.)
- Perform outside custodial duties (gardening, snow removal etc.)
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists to ensure proper building and equipment maintenance
