About The Position

Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on production and NDT inspection equipment. Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment accuracy and compliance. Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies to support maintenance activities. Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical prints. Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all other safety protocols while on the job. Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, equipment issues, and repair solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in and industrial, manufacturing, or military environment preferred.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics, mechanical prints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Skilled in the safe and effective use of electronic test equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical training or associates degree in a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with PLC automation and ladder logic is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Use diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters, megohmmeters, and oscilloscopes to preform electrical tests and repairs.
  • Apply knowledge of basic electronics, mechanics, and PLC automation to support maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with technicians, operators, and supervisors to resolve equipment issues promptly.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
