FULL TIME Maintenance Technician

About The Position

The FULL TIME Maintenance Technician at Allmark Property Management, Inc. is responsible for maintaining and repairing apartment units across multiple properties. This role involves responding promptly to maintenance requests, completing scheduled repairs and turns, and assisting with managing maintenance staff. The technician will handle work orders using the PO system while adhering to budget constraints, prepare properties for inspections, and ensure overall property curb appeal. Candidates should have experience in property maintenance and repairs, be capable of responding to work orders within 24 hours, and perform periodic inspections of units and common areas. Responsibilities include checking and replacing lighting, securing storage areas and entrances, and preparing vacant units including painting.

Requirements

Experience in property maintenance and repairs
Capable of responding to work orders within 24 hours
Able to work weekends
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
