About The Position

VILLAGE GREEN is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This role involves the timely completion of work orders and special projects, including plumbing and electrical service requests, and apartment turns. The technician will be responsible for servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner, diagnosing and repairing electrical problems, and responding to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager. Key duties also include assisting in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to ensure curb appeal, performing housekeeping tasks as required, and conducting snow removal during winter months when necessary. Additionally, the position may involve property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable. Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
General computer knowledge
Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
Availability for on-call purposes
Flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary

Nice To Haves

Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing
Plumbing, contracting, builders certifications and licenses

Responsibilities
