Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Perform repair/preventative maintenance of equipment in a manufacturing environment and troubleshoot and repair electric, air systems, and hydraulic mechanical systems Diagnose and repair mechanic drives and power transmission equipment and perform pump repair and pipe fitting as required. Help set up new machines implement upgrades to support the manufacturing process and maintain all plant electrical systems. Perform maintenance on forklifts, manlifts and various other gas and electrical motorized equipment and maintain all maintenance related records. Maintenance Technician Summary: Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment and provide a variety of plant maintenance support for ongoing manufacturing operations by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements Qualifications: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and physical. Complete a satisfactory nationwide criminal background check. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED Training in a Technical discipline, trade school or electrical theory education preferred. Military experience a plus. 3 years’ experience in repairing and maintaining electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical systems and performing preventive maintenance programs; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
