Pay: Starting pay range: $30.00-32.00 per hour; will consider a higher pay rate based on experience $2.00 per hour shift differential for working night shifts Overtime potential Manufacturing Incentive Plan (MIP) EligibleShifts: C shift: 6pm to 6am - 1st week: Sun, Wed, Thurs; 2nd week: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat (2-2-3 schedule, every other weekend off (working 3 days one week: Sun, Wed, Thurs, and 4 days the next week: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat) We require that you are flexible to work any shift, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed. Job Summary: This position will be responsible for accomplishing assigned tasks on time and within budget. Must have excellent mechanical and electrical skills in project development as well as troubleshooting repairs and is a team player that is self-supervised with excellent communication and follow-up skills. Works indoors and outdoors and has exposure to all weather conditions, and may be exposed to chemicals, fumes, odors, dust, and poor ventilation. Will also work around mechanical, electrical, heat and explosive hazards.
