About The Position

Buckingham is seeking a tenacious maintenance professional who demonstrates a high sense of urgency, manages priorities effectively, is coachable and overcomes obstacles. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation. As Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with a high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management skills and internal and external customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule
