About The Position

Aegis Worldwide Maintenance Technician 2nd OR WEEKEND SHIFT/$29-$35/hr/FULL TIME Twinsburg, OH Overview: Aegis Worldwide is curently partnered with a plastic bottle drink manufacturer. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment including motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and machinery to ensure reliable operation. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related equipment issues to minimize downtime. Complete assigned PMs and work orders accurately, including documentation of repairs, parts usage, and maintenance activities. Support production by coordinating maintenance activities and assisting with adjustments to maintain optimal line efficiency. Monitor and adjust equipment operating parameters such as speeds, temperatures, and fluid levels to ensure proper performance. Requirements 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or high-speed production environment, or equivalent technical education. Formal technical or college education (minimum 2 years post-high school) or relevant certifications preferred. Hands-on experience with PLCs and the ability to troubleshoot automated equipment. Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Ability to read SOPs, machine schematics, and blueprints; computer proficiency and initiative to expand technical skills.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or high-speed production environment, or equivalent technical education.
