About The Position

The Maintenance Technician at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. This role involves assisting management in maintaining smooth operations to enhance customer satisfaction. The position is customer-facing and includes general maintenance duties, equipment repair, and compliance with safety policies.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Utilize various tools and equipment for facility maintenance, including HVAC systems, fuel systems, and plumbing repairs.
• Conduct site inspections and perform assigned maintenance duties.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, and Leadership Roles.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety policies.
