About The Position
The Maintenance Technician position involves performing general manual and semi-skilled work in the maintenance and upkeep of public housing buildings and grounds under the supervision of the Property Manager and Director of Operations. The role requires a basic knowledge of heating, carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing skills, and includes a variety of routine maintenance tasks across various Asset Management Properties (AMPs).
