About The Position

The Maintenance Technician position involves maintaining and repairing conveyor systems and related equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role requires hands-on experience with various mechanical components and tools, ensuring operational efficiency and safety in the workplace.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with conveyor maintenance.
• Experience with printer/applicator systems, specifically Weber printers and applicators.
• Knowledge of industrial battery maintenance, including watering and battery changes.
• Certification in operating equipment such as sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet riders.
• Ability to use power tools effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with 120V motors and gear boxes.
• Familiarity with variable frequency drives (VFD) and photo eyes.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on conveyor belts and associated equipment.
• Operate and maintain printer applicators.
• Utilize hand and power tools for various maintenance tasks.
• Operate pit equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
