About The Position
The Maintenance Technician position at Clarios involves working in the Winston-Salem assembly plant, which manufactures batteries for automotive and marine applications. The role emphasizes safe work practices, adherence to safety guidelines, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Technicians will troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, and robotics, diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment functionality. The position requires knowledge of various electrical circuits and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. The work schedule is 2-2-3 nights from 6 PM to 6 AM, with a starting pay of $34.50 per hour plus a shift differential.
