About The Position
The position is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the site. This includes organizing, coordinating, and managing the overall maintenance programs, ensuring timely work order service, and maintaining cost-effective inventory control of the property. The technician is required to be 'on call' 24 hours to address emergencies and must have general apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.
