As a member of the Maintenance team, the Maintenance-I will be responsible for assisting skilled tradesmen with routine installations, repairs, construction, and replacement of equipment. The role involves using a variety of hand and power tools, making routine checks on equipment, documenting status, and completing necessary reports. The position is for the 3rd shift at the Farwell Plant in Michigan, which is the Global Foam Headquarters for Lear and houses laboratory, mixing equipment, and chemists onsite.
