About The Position

The position involves troubleshooting and repairing various types of equipment, including rolling equipment, electrical systems, and air systems. The technician will perform regular maintenance on forklifts and vehicles, operate various tools and equipment, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. The role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read drawings, instructions, or repair and assembly operations.

Nice To Haves

• A forklift license is preferred but not required.
• Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot faulty equipment, determining repair procedure.
• Perform required repairs to rolling equipment, electrical equipment, and air systems.
• Clean, service, and repair fiberglass equipment.
• Perform regular PM maintenance on forklifts and vehicles.
• Operate equipment, power tools, assembly jigs, and material handling equipment.
• Utilize safe work habits.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
