Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of experience as a mechanical technician.
• Electrical knowledge, including single-phase 120v, three-phase 480v, and 24 VDC power systems.
• Ability to remain active and lift up to 60 pounds during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
• Maintain, repair, alter, and rebuild equipment and facilities.
• Fabricate parts and assemblies as needed.
• Investigate recurring facility issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform scheduled, emergency, and preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in the design and installation of equipment.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies and materials.
• Accurately log all repairs and maintenance performed.
• Handle ground and building maintenance tasks as required.
